If I hadn’t left OSU to study in Portland, Oregon immediately following my summer internship, I would have stayed very close with Monscierge, perhaps working full-time for them after graduation. Instead, after a season of adventures in the Pacific Northwest I realized that OKC is simply not for me. Knowing that, I began to freelance throughout college. Monscierge's Marketing Department was brightened by her expertise and leadership style. I was David's 'student assistant' the summer following my first year of business school which was my Sophomore year of College. I worked under him commercializing technologies at the Center for Innovation and Economic Development for Oklahoma State (which is now the OSURF.) David is a well loved businessman in the community of Stillwater, Oklahoma. Over a decade ago, David founded a technology company called SST Software, a GIS farming solutions company headquartered in Stillwater which he passed down to his son Matt, but remains Chairmen of the Board. SST is a very sought after company to this day in the industry and for its amassed wealth of farming data. David is one of my heroes and I respect him, his business acumen and character.
